James Harris has served as a consultant for competitive campaigns in twelve states, assisting candidates including Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer (MO-9), Congressman Billy Long (MO-7), Congressman John Carter (TX-31), as well as numerous statewide officeholders and dozens of state lawmakers. In 2016, Harris led now-Governor Mike Parson's campaign to become Lieutenant Governor, and in 2018 worked on the successful Hawley for Senate campaign. Harris also served on the national finance committees for U.S. Senator John McCain's and Governor Mitt Romney's presidential campaigns.

In November 2004, Blunt was elected by winning 101 of 114 counties.
Prior to working for Governor Blunt's campaign, Harris served as Chief of Staff to Congressman John Carter (TX-31) after managing Carter's successful campaign in an eight-way Republican primary.LinkedIn Profile for James Harris (Missouri)
